@Eddy's, a family restaurant

Located at Main Street in Jinja - not far from the shores of lake Victoria and the source of the river Nile - we offer you a variety of delicious African dishes and fast food at our family restaurant.  Enjoy breakfast, lunch and supper or a nice drink and make use of the extra services we offer such as wireless internet.

 

 

Fast food

Fast food can be enjoyed at the restaurant too.  Different types of burgers, chicken wings, sausages or fish fingers can be ordered which are served with fries.  At our pizza corner, a wide variety of pizzas of your choice are prepared.  Early birds can enjoy breakfast with either French toast, pancakes or an omelet as our resaurant opens early in the morning.  Cold soda, mineral water, coffe and tea (both African, English tea or herbal tea) are served with any dish.

Ugandan dishes

@Eddy's serves delicious Ugandan dishes at an affordable price: matoke, cassave, chapati, posho, irish potatoes, gnuts and pilao are combined in different types of dishes available.  Fresh Tilapia fish is prepared  in an excellent way by our cooks.  Enjoy your Ugandan dish with cold pine apple, mango or passion fruit juice.  Check out the menu of tasty Ugandan meals here.

Amayinja Crafts

Hope Alive Uganda supports women's groups in Jinja and individual artists making Ugandan crafts by creating a market in the Netherlands and offering a sales point at Eddy's. Handmade crafts such as paper bead necklaces, bracelets and earrings, bags, woodcraft, paintings by local artists and drums are for sale at the restaurant.  Through purchasing one of the fine pieces of art and crafts, you support women's groups and artists and projects run by Hope Alive Uganda.
